From Hwy 41 to Main Avenue. Exit 163-A in De Pere (Hwy G). Go west until you cross Packerland Drive. Highland Springs is located on the right side of the road about 1 block past Packerland Drive.
From Hwy 172: Take Hwy 172 to Packerland Drive. Go south until you come to the intersection of W. Main Avenue. Turn West (right) and you will see Highland Springs on the right side of the road.
All Toonen Properties apartments include some requirements that create great community living: quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am; rent varies by location; residents must have regular income; vehicles must be in reasonable working condition; our general policy is that pets are not allowed, but check your favorite location for its specific pet policy.
