Loft ceilings on the second floor accentuate the open concept floor plans, yielding to oversized bedrooms and bathrooms. All apartments come with A/C, a dishwasher, gas and heat, ample closet space and Toonen Properties’ legendary customer service and 24-hour emergency maintenance.

From Hwy 43: Hwy 43 (North or South) to WI 54/57 North (Exit 185), take the Nicolet Drive/University Avenue ramp, turn left onto Nicolet Drive, turn left onto Curry Lane, turn right onto St. Anthony Drive, Hidden Springs will be on your right.

All Toonen Properties include some requirements that create great community living: quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am; rent varies by location; residents must have regular income; vehicles must be in good condition, no leaking fluids, visible dents, damage, or rust; our general policy is that animals are not allowed; we are transitioning to being smoke free at all properties.
