The luxury 1- and 2-bedroom units at Silver Springs are equipped with in-floor radiant heat and gas fireplaces, perfect for cuddling up on a chilly Wisconsin night. The units also have a private washer and dryer, A/C and a dishwasher. Organization is a snap with huge amounts of storage space, including spacious walk-in closets with shelving systems, large kitchen pantries and lazy susans. Second floor units have vaulted ceilings. Private attached and detached garages are available.

From Appleton: Take Wisconsin Avenue past the Fox River Mall, turn right on McCarthy Road (past Menards and Stein’s Gardens & Gifts), apartments will be on the right.
