Leasing Agent – Green Bay
Toonen Properties is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Toonen Properties is a family-owned and independent company dedicated to delivering exceptional living experiences for our residents.

What You’ll Do:
Leasing & Resident Relations
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet prospects, and conduct property tours.
- Explain lease terms, community policies, and resident responsibilities clearly.
- Address resident needs including service requests and move-out procedures.
Operations & Property Support
- Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient property management.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with community standards and rules.
- Adhere to company policies, Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and the core values of Toonen Companies.
Marketing & Occupancy Support
- Support marketing initiatives to promote the property and attract new residents.
- Assist with leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancy and resident satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Apartment Maintenance Technician – Green Bay
Toonen Companies Inc., a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of multi-family apartment communities, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Green Bay Area.

What You’ll Do:
Maintenance & Repair
- Perform general maintenance in apartments, hallways, buildings, and common areas.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.
- Repair and replace appliances as needed.
- Conduct minor plaster, paint, carpentry, and cabinetry repairs.
- Maintain garage doors, fences, siding, and roofs.
Resident Service
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Take initiative to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain a positive and helpful relationship with residents.
Team Support & Community Engagement
- Assist with resident events during and occasionally after business hours.
- Work collaboratively with property management and maintenance teams.
- Participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage (approximately one week every four weeks).
On-Call Bonus Structure:
- $250 for regular on-call weeks.
- $300 for holiday on-call weeks.
- Overtime pay for all on-call hours during regular weeks.
- Double-time pay for all on-call hours during holiday weeks.
What You Bring:
- Experience in general maintenance, apartment maintenance, construction, or skilled trades preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A company maintenance van is provided during work hours and while on-call.

- Competitive wages commensurate with experience.
