Toonen Companies Inc., a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of multi-family apartment communities, is seeking to fill two full-time maintenance positions in the Green Bay area.

Maintenance Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Performing general maintenance in apartments, hallways, buildings, and common areas.
• Handling basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.
• Repairing and replacing appliances as needed.
• Conducting minor plaster, paint, carpentry, and cabinetry repairs.
• Maintaining garage doors, fences, siding, and roofs.
• Responding to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Taking the initiative to handle things as you see them without being asked.
• Assisting with resident events both during and after normal hours.
• Participating in rotating after-hours on-call coverage (approximately one week every four weeks, with additional pay and bonuses).
• Assisting with resident events both during and after normal hours.
• Required to participate in the after-hours emergency on-call maintenance rotation, no more than one week out of four.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• A company maintenance van will be provided during work and on-call hours.
• Eligible for an on-call bonus of $250 for regular weeks and $300 for holiday weeks plus OT Pay for all on-call hours worked during regular weeks and DT for all on-call hours worked during holiday weeks.

Toonen Companies offers competitive wages, commensurate with experience, a full benefits package including health insurance, vacation pay, 10.5 paid holidays, and a 401k plan. Eligible for a yearly performance/turn bonus between 2k-4k.

• General grounds maintenance & landscaping.
• Maintain landscaping, flower beds, and outdoor common areas.
• Remove snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, and entrances.
• Operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment.
• Work outdoors in all seasons to keep properties clean and safe.

• A positive attitude, strong attendance, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Proficient in operating a skid steer, a tool cat, and a mini excavator.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
