Toonen Properties is seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager to help manage a thriving residential portfolio of 500+ units. - Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet prospects, and conduct property tours.
- Adhere to company policies, fair housing laws, core values of Toonen Companies, and tenant-landlord regulations.
- Explain policies, community rules, and lease terms to residents.
- Address resident needs, including service requests and move-out procedures.
- Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote the property and attract new residents.
- Help coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and unit turnovers.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Assist in managing move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, lease agreements, and local housing regulations.
- Experience in leasing and or property management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (we pay for mileage).
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and energetic with a constant friendly, positive, and helpful attitude.
Toonen Companies Inc., a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of multi-family apartment communities, is seeking to fill two full-time maintenance positions in the Green Bay area.

- Perform general maintenance for all apartments, hallways, buildings, and common areas including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs, appliance repair and replacement, minor plaster/paint repair, minor carpentry and cabinetry repair, garage door repair, fence repair, minor roof or siding repair, special projects, etc.
- Be willing to try to learn new things as situations arise and work with management to troubleshoot and devise the best plan of action.
- Utilize equipment properly and safely.
- Report to the supervisor any pertinent resident or property issues or concerns.
- Take the initiative to handle things as you see them without being asked.
- Enjoy helping residents by handling work order requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Be able and willing to perform other duties as requested, such as assisting with resident events both during and after normal hours.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license. A company maintenance van will be provided for use during work hours and during on-call coverage.
- Must have a cell phone.
- Required to participate in the after-hours emergency on-call maintenance rotation, no more than one week out of four. Eligible for an on-call bonus of $250 for regular weeks and $300 for holiday weeks plus OT Pay for all on-call hours worked during regular weeks and DT for all on-call hours worked during holiday weeks.
