CLEANING/HOUSEKEEPER (Posted 10/7/19) 
Toonen Properties is accepting applications for a FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER in our Green Bay/De Pere area. Our ideal candidate will be service oriented, will always have the company’s best interest in mind, and will continuously promote a positive and professional image while being an active and helpful team member. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas
  • Make apartments move in ready under assigned deadlines

LEASING AGENT/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - FULL-TIME (Posted 9/20/19)
Toonen Properties is currently seeking a full-time leasing agent/administrative assistant with strong administrative skills for our Appleton location which operates Silver Springs, McCarthy Creek, Crystal Springs, and Elm Grove.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • PEOPLE SKILLS REQUIRED! Will handle leasing apartments, customer service, and retention of residents from answering the phones and setting up appointments, greeting prospects, touring the apartment community and available units, processing applications, creating lease documents, accepting payments, assisting residents with their needs, move out notices, carefully explaining laws and policies when questions arise.
  • COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED! Will handle many administrative tasks such as keeping Excel spreadsheets and property management software up to date, assisting with renewals and resident retention program, and assisting the property manager with general office tasks.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED! Will handle documentation and follow up of work order requests and service order requests from residents in support of maximizing the efficiency level of the maintenance staff.

PROPERTY MANAGER (Posted 4/12/19) - POSITION IS FILLED
RARE OPPORTUNITY! Toonen Properties is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER for our newest property currently under construction. We would also consider an EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT MANAGER that has the strong desire and skills to be a property manager with additional training. The right person for this position is someone who is very professional, with a positive attitude, high level of integrity, willing to do what it takes to get the job done, with good business logic and sales skills, a team player with experience managing staff, able to multi-task under pressure, detail oriented, well organized, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are necessary. Experience in computerized property management systems a plus. Further experience with construction processes and lease ups of apartments under construction would be another positive attribute, but is not required.

This position is responsible for all on-site operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing, directing, and motivating staff in a fast paced, hardworking environment.
  • Working with construction team to maximize efficiencies and pre-lease units under construction.
  • Providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective residents.
  • Showing available apartments to prospective renters and closing the sale.
  • Processing, reviewing, and determining approval or denial of new applications according to strict criteria.
  • Completing market evaluations to determine market rent amounts and generating lease renewals while maintaining a high level of customer retention.
