Boats, trailers, campers, commercial vehicles, vehicles that are too large to fit into a garage, and vehicles in need of repair, leak fluids, or of poor appearance are not allowed.
In order for Toonen Properties to process your application you must remit a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee. Please select one of the two options below to either provide information for online payment or mail the $25 application fee to Toonen Properties. This application fee will process your application but does not hold a specific unit. Once your application is received, a Toonen Properties representative will contact you to begin the application process and assist you in selecting a suitable unit in which to place on hold.

BY CLICKING SUBMIT BELOW, I CERTIFY THAT I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW THE LEASE, NON-STANDARD RENTAL PROVISION AGREEMENT, COMMUNITY RULES, AND CRITERIA FOR QUALIFYING APPLICANTS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION. I certify that the information on this application is complete, true, and correct, and I understand that FALSIFYING INFORMATION OR OMISSION OF REQUESTED INFORMATION ON THIS APPLICATION IS GROUNDS FOR DENIAL AND FORFEITURE OF ALL DEPOSITS. I hereby authorize Toonen Properties to investigate the information supplied by me and to conduct inquiries concerning my income, credit, employment, criminal history, and references for the purpose of verifying and qualifying for residency, as well as at any point in time during my residency to qualify for renewal or continuation of my rental agreement. I understand that pay stubs, income tax returns, and/or bank statements may be required to verify income. I further understand that if my application is approved, I will provide proof of Renter's Insurance to Toonen Properties PRIOR TO MOVE IN. Toonen Properties requires up to 3 business days to process an application. If there is a legitimate delay and upon notifying applicant(s), Toonen Properties has permission to extend the processing time up to 21 days if necessary.
I understand that upon written request, Toonen Properties will supply a copy of deductions made from the previous resident's security deposit.
